Retail Return Policy:

If need to return anything, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund. Products must be unopened and in its original packaging.
If you have a problem with your order we will gladly take care of it asap!
If you think you are having a problem with any of our nutrients, please contact us immediately so we can trouble shoot with our experts.

Wholesale Shipping Info:

Please allow 24 hours for order processing and 24-48 hours during holidays.
Customer is solely responsible for verifying condition, accuracy, and count of items at time of delivery in the presence of carrier. SYMBYS cannot accept claims for damage, errors, or shortages without documented proof. Claims may be denied if damage, error, or shortage is not noted on the delivery receipt at time of delivery. Customer is responsible for noting at time of delivery which pallets or items have been received and which are missing, incorrect, or damaged. Claims for concealed or internal damage, errors, or shortages that are not identified at time of delivery must be submitted to SYMBYS within 24 hours of receipt and are subject to review.

Wholesale Return Policy:

Items covered by this policy (those products for which SYMBYS states “This item may be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days only”) must be returned to SYMBYS within 30 days of the invoice date and in its original packaging (unopened) for this policy to apply.
