All Sales Are Final on Used Items
For safety, quality control, and product integrity, we do not accept returns on any items that have been used or opened.

Commercial Vacuum Sealer – Final Sale
All commercial vacuum sealer purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@symbys.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review and work with you to provide a resolution.

Order Accuracy
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Symbys is not responsible for incorrect orders placed by the customer.
